Shipping & Returns
Information on our shipping and return policies.
Belligerent Beard ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. To be shipped the same day, orders must be placed by 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the next business day. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Once the product is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email.
We ship all products through USPS:
USPS First-Class: 3 business days
USPS Priority: 2 business days
USPS Express: 1 business day
If you require or want your order shipped via another carrier, please let us know via email and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you received an incorrect item or an expired product, please contact Customer Service at (910)408-5277 or email@example.com
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or process your new item for shipping. Depending upon your card issuer's policies, the refund will appear on your statement within four business days.
